Zia Cross Bolt Sterling Silver Earrings

These earrings were inspired from the Albuquerque Dead and Co Shows 2018 summer poster. Cast in sterling silver these earrings measures 1 1/2 long from ear wire to bottom of the cross.
The Zia Cross originated from the Zia Sun Symbol found on the Zia Pueblo in New Mexico. Four is a sacred number with symbolizes the Circle of Life, the four directions, the four stages of life and the four seasons. In the center of the Zia Cross is Owsleys 13 Point Bolt which originally identified the bands equipment but since has become the unifying symbol for Deadheads everywhere.
